Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Filecraft, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

License Grant

Last Light Labs grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Filecraft on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service.

In-App Purchase

Filecraft offers a single one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase at $12.99 that permanently unlocks all premium features. This is not a subscription. Refunds are handled exclusively through Apple's standard refund policy. Last Light Labs does not process payments or issue refunds directly.

Permitted Use

You may use Filecraft for personal file conversion purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions for any files you convert using the app.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app or any part of it
• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or make the app available to third parties
• Use the app to process files that you do not own or do not have the rights to convert
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws

Intellectual Property

Filecraft and all associated intellectual property are owned by Last Light Labs. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features.

No Warranty

Filecraft is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Last Light Labs makes no guarantees about conversion accuracy, file compatibility, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of the app is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Last Light Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to data loss, file corruption, or loss of profits, arising from or related to your use of Filecraft.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of West Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The revised version will be included in a future app update with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
