For security reasons, Filecraft cannot process encrypted or DRM-protected files.
iOS doesn't natively support MP3 encoding. We recommend M4A as an equivalent-quality alternative that iOS fully supports.

Yes! Filecraft supports Family Sharing. Any family member in your Apple Family group can use the premium features.

Troubleshooting
Try these steps: (1) Ensure the file isn't corrupted or password-protected, (2) Check that you have enough storage space, (3) Try converting a smaller/different file. If issues persist, email support@filecraft.app with the file type and error message.
Very large files (especially video) may exceed available memory. Try converting smaller files or close other apps to free up memory.
